Order Processing

• Every order is lovingly processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of placement.

• During peak seasons or high-volume times, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are delivered “Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)”, meaning any applicable customs duties, local taxes (such as VAT), or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility upon import. These charges vary by destination and are determined by your local customs authority. The Fay World is not liable for these fees.

Production & Delivery Time

Please note that all our pieces are made-to-order with careful attention to detail. Production takes approximately 2–4 weeks before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we create each design exclusively for you.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, an email with your tracking number will be sent.
• You can view real-time status updates via the courier’s official website.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to be available after dispatch.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

• If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us immediately. We’ll assist you in lodging a claim with the courier.
• In case of damage during transit, please retain all packaging and evidence (photos), and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Timeframe for Reporting Faulty Items

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
