We understand that there may be rare occasions when an item does not meet our quality standards. Below is our policy to ensure a clear and fair process for returns.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note:
Returns are not accepted for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipment, but if a fault slips through, we will make it right.
Timeframe for Reporting Faulty Items
To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.
You must include photo evidence of the fault/damage along with your order number.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
Vouchers Instead of Refunds
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit voucher or gift card equal to the original value of the item.
We do not offer monetary refunds.
Vouchers can be used toward any future purchase from our store and are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
If an exchange for the same item is available, we will arrange it. If not, the voucher will be issued.
Original shipping fees, duties, or customs charges are non-refundable.
Shipping & Repairs
We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved faulty items.
If you receive a damaged item and prefer to have it repaired rather than exchanged, we will do our best to accommodate, depending on the damage.
